Shipping Policy

We are a family owned and operated business that has been in the business for over 30 years.

FOR EXCHANGES

In case of defects, wrong sizes, colors, etc., the customer has up to 30 days after receiving the product to request a replacement. The product must be unused, accompanied by all its accessories and your purchase invoice.

In the case of exchanges of goods acquired during a promotion, the credit amount will be exactly the amount paid by the customer in the order, that is, the amount referring to the discount arising from the promotion will not be deducted from the value of the new part exchanged.

We are a family owned and operated business.

Remember that the invoice is sent by email when the order is dispatched. If you do not have the invoice for your order, you must attach a Declaration of Content, duly completed and signed, on the outside. Otherwise, your order will be declined. The Content Statement can be found here.

If you choose to send an e-mail, the subject should be '' EXCHANGE ''.
If you have any questions, please contact our Relationship Center from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, or via chat.

FOR RETURNS for repentance we have a period of 7 days after receipt for the request.

Products must be returned intact and without signs of use.

After this period the return will no longer be accepted. Do not insist.

Send the WRAPPED belt to prevent it from wrinkling and damaging.
